"Stem cell research
holds the promise of hope for millions of people living with incurable diseases, heart conditions, Alzheimer’s to Parkinson’s
and spinal cord injuries. It will affect the entire world towrds a better health. I believe this is why we are sitting
in the lab with palms covered with gloves, body with apron all day along.

Stem cell: A stem cell is a cell from the embryo, fetus, or adult that has, under
certain conditions, the ability to reproduce itself for long periods or, in thecase of adult stem cells, throughout the life
of the organism.
Adult stem cell. An adult stem cell is an undifferentiated cell that occurs in a differentiated tissue, renews itself, and becomes specialized to yield all of the specialized cell types
of the tissue from which it originated.
